1) Pick three camera shots from the scene and explain what type of shot it is and what meanings or effect they have on the audience. In the video there is a close up shot of the alien.A close up shot is when the camera is zoomed on the characters face.The effect on the audience create suspense and gives chills to the reader.Another camera angle in the video is the long shot when they are prison of when the characters are worried.A long shot is when it show the character in relation to the setting.The effect may build up excitement for the watcher as they would then want to know what happens next.Another camera angle is the over the shoulder angle when the aliens gas the cruel people who tried to gas the aliens.The effect on the audience may make the audience anxious as to what may happen next in the scene when the people get gassed.
2) Pick one camera angle that is used in the scene and explain the effect it has on the audience. One camera angle shown in the scene is an establishing shot of when the aliens take over the people in the scene who tried to take over the aliens.This may make the audience feel excited and eager as the aliens takeover the people instead of the other way round.
3) Pick one aspect of camera movement in the clip. Identify the type of camera movement and write about why the director chose to use that camera movement in the scene and what effect it has on the audience.A camera movement shown in the clip is a close up angle where it shows details of the subject which was shown by the people in the scene where they were gassed.
4) Pick one aspect of editing in the clip and write about what it tells the audience. The rapid cuts of the scenes where it quickly switched to the aliens taking over the scene and killing the humans which is cgi and also whilst getting killed.
